Who Am I?

I’m Maria do Sol, call me SOL, a bi-amputee surfing athlete (brazilian champion and 6th in the world), mother of five daughters, international speaker, and a specialist in guiding people to move FROM FEAR TO COURAGE, overcoming challenges with knowledge, vibration, connection, and decision making.
My life has been a series of waves—some gigantic, some full of love. Along the way, I’ve learned how to surf the biggest challenges and transform them into my greatest knowledge resources to surf life. Now, I’m here to share the tools and lessons that transformed my life—and the lives of so many others.
